Ron Weekes is in high demand for effective bodywork’s therapies. As a highly skilled masseur he has amazing results with neck stiffness, joint and back pain using Hyperton-X Kinesiology as well as massage and low frequency microcurrent therapy. Ron is an experienced Hemaview Live Blood Microscopy & Digital Iriscope technician.

Initial naturopathic consultation includes various appropriate assessments and tests at Bribie's natural health clinic,  Advanced Nature Cure. 

What I do in a consultation

First of all I need a thorough case history and a wellness review. Naturopathic consultations takes 90 minutes and may include Hemaview TM (select from the menu bar). Tongue and pulse assessments are included as well as a vital signs (temp, pulse, blood pressure, O2 saturations). Blood glucose levels, ABO blood cross matching, urinalysis, indican testing, zinc taste test for zinc status etc when appropriate are included in a lab package.

Thyroid and adrenal assessments are of major importance where there are symptoms of fatigue, hormal imbalances and obesity.  This involves a range of assessments.  More information on wellness screening

I also order a range of non-medicare pathologies including salivary hormone levels, digestive stool analysis and urinary iodine screening.  For Medicare endorsed blood tests,  I refer clients to their GP.  I always respect the patient's budget regardless of their financial status.

Where there is evidence of gut dysbiosis it is important to address that area of health in order to support the immune system and hormone functions. Weight loss is an area that would need addressing where necessary. Hair analysis is sometimes recommended where there has been possible exposure to high levels of environmental or industrial pollutants.
